Applied Rates

The rates applied by our company for these types of services are as follows:

1. Renting interior space on public transport vehicles for displaying posters:

  • A2 Format (42 cm x 59.5 cm) - 3 euros/poster/month + VAT;
  • A3 Format (30 cm x 42 cm) - 3 euros/poster/month + VAT;
  • A4 Format (21cm x 30cm) - 2 euros/poster/month + VAT.

2. Renting space for installing monitors:
  • Monitor - 40 euros/monitor/month + VAT.

3. Renting exterior space on public transport vehicles for outdoor advertising:
  • Bus - 200 euros/month + VAT;
  • Tram - 100 euros/month + VAT.
Note
There is an additional cost for buses, as follows:
The R.A.R. fee for modifying the vehicle registration certificate in the "color" section must be paid:
  • 116.20 RON/bus with VAT for coloring;
  • 116.20 RON/bus with VAT for neutralization.

4. Renting support poles for hanging banners and billboards:
  • Billboards (0.75 x 0.75) - 5 euros/month + VAT;
  • Advertising banners (6m x 1m) - 24 euros/month + VAT.
Note
 There is an additional cost as follows:
  • Banner Installation/Removal - 40 euros/banner + VAT;

Required Documents

For pole rental:
  • A written request with the identification details of the company, clearly expressing the intention to rent and the period, signed and stamped;
  • Copy of the registration certificate and the certificate of registration issued by the Trade Register Office;
  • Copy of the Identity Card of the company's administrator/director;
  • Temporary advertising agreement issued by the Galați Municipality;
  • Power of attorney or delegation if the designated person for contracts is different from the company's administrator/director, along with a copy of the identity card;
  • After submitting the documents, our company will provide a preliminary agreement for obtaining the Temporary Advertising Agreement according to H.C.L Galați nr.571/25.10.2018 from the Galați Municipality;
  • After obtaining the temporary advertising agreement, you can enter into a contract with our company.
Note
 The Euro amount will be calculated at the B.N.R. exchange rate on the day of invoicing.
